We bought this for our daughter’s second birthday. She has recently shown more interest in puzzles and can do most peg puzzles on her own. She absolutely loves this. It is fun for her to find the matches, say the animal names or sounds, and put the pieces together. She sometimes needs help, but she can usually put the pieces together by herself once she has a match. This is a nice intermediate puzzle to move her to the next level from peg puzzles to regular ones and a great activity to do together. The pieces are very sturdy, but a child who is used to wood puzzles needs to be watched or they may chew on the pieces.

Cute but my 20 month old doesn't care for it
I think it's ok. Based on the reviews I thought that this would be an awesome choice but its a little boring for my taste plus, my little girl doesn't care for it. i decided to run out to the dollar store and buy some little cards with shapes and colors on it and have her match them all up and she seemed to enjoy those much more. Just a thought for those who care for similar mental stimulation but not attached to the idea of a puzzle.

love puzzles!!
I recently started to do puzzles with my 20 month old and she loves this one. Instead of having all the pieces out, I only pull out 2 or 3 animals so shes not overwhelmed. she always brings the box over to me to play!
Nice product
I bought this for my granddaughter and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is a very high quality product. It is a puzzle that promotes eye/hand coordination along with recognizing different animals.
sturdy
Love how sturdy this puzzle is. Very easy to connect the right piece too. Simple puzzle but great to give them the first experience with a jigsaw puzzle. No small pieces to worry about choking. I plan to get more to give as gifts.

I looked at several of these walker wagon things. I know this one is expensive and I debated buying it for my son. So glad I purchased this one! It was easy for me to put together and my son loves it. He is ten months old and he cruises around our house with it. It is very sturdy and does not go too fast (he can’t walk on his own yet). He bangs into walls, but we have not seen any paint on the wall. He loves to sit in it and be wheeled around. He puts toys in it, plays with the wheels, etc, etc. Really glad I bought this and not the cheap plastic one.

More than a toy
My daughter loves this walker. She has tried to play with other walkers but got scared off because they were too unstable. This one is very sturdy so she can pull up on it and really use it to support her. The adjustable braking system really helps too. She is 12 mos and just starting to walk and she enjoys practicing with this. I can see her playing with this for years to come. And with its rounded edges, our furniture will last too! It is definitely worth the price.
Everything we hoped for!
This walker wagon has not disappointed in the least! My 1yr old loves it and is completely stable behind it. The wagon is so sturdy there are no concerns about it tipping while he pulls up on it. He loves giving his toys a ride. Overall, we are completely satisfied and feel we made the best selection for him.

Great toy to help children walk
I had previously purchased a Playskool 'push' toy for my son to help him with his walking but it was too light and couldn't support his weight well enough to engage him for that purpose. Also, the Playskool had so many noise making bells and whistles it distracted him from having any desire to want to walk. This Haba Walker Wagon is perfect! It's sturdy and has a no-nonsense, single purpose of being a push wagon. Leave it to the Germans. We are so happy with this purchase. Don't waste your time with the cheap plastic crap.
a solid toy that's worth the extra $
Purchased for my 10 month old (who is just starting to pull up, but loves to 'walk' while being held up) and it's quickly become a favorite. The weight of the wagon and 'brake' on the front wheels is brilliant for beginning standers/walkers who need the extra stability. Expensive, but for as much time as we spend bent over 'walking' with my daughter, it's worth it to save my back. :)
We haven't had problems with marks on the wall, but then, I'm not really a neatnik and am not the type to notice or care.

I bought these blocks for my daughter’s one-year birthday and couldn’t be more pleased. They are high quality and absolutely beautiful, with colorful letters, numbers, mathematical signs and animal pictures. Because they are nontoxic, there is no coating on these blocks, but even with her drooling on them I haven’t noticed much change, except maybe the wood is a tad darker. It’s very hard to notice. Five months later, she still loves stacking them, knocking them down and putting them in containers. I would highly recommend these blocks to anyone! It’s also nice they’re made in the USA. One thing I didn’t think of when I bought them was how they would be stored – I ended up sewing a simple bag with a drawstring to keep them together in one place.

Why buy these blocks rather than Melissa and Doug?
1. Great quality - embossed, has animal pictures and names, light-weight, good quality wood.
2. Made in the USA
3. SIZE - it is larger than the M & D blocks.

My baby loves these blocks!
I was looking for wooden blocks, made in the USA. These blocks are absolutely beautiful and my 10 month old baby loves them. She likes to smack them together and throw them on the floor and they are very durable. I don't worry about her putting them in her mouth either. One thing I will note, if you can order the wagon to put them in, you should definitely do that. I did not realize you could order the wagon with the blocks until after I placed my order. When I wanted to order only the wagon I had to go through another vendor. They are adorable together, and the wagon is a wonderful place to store them when not in use.

is my set faulty?
Hi, these look great but the only way I can create the full alphabet is with the yellow and green colors....when I try to with other colors, its all bue 3 or 4 and then I have like 3 E's and A's but no x, etc etc. is this just how they are, or is my set messed up? thanks if anyone can tell me!
Beautiful blocks!
These are exactly as billed. They are high-quality, very attractive, wooden blocks. My nine-month-old LOVES them. He doesn't yet know how to stack them, but he sure loves knocking them down when I pile them up. He enjoys taking them out of a box and spreading them around greatly. That they are made from wood (without the concerns about phthalates and BPA) and with non-toxic paints were both reassuring facts as, of course, many of them have been mouthed. Highly recommend these blocks if you're in the market for some.

I bought this truck along with the Playskool wheel pals school bus for my 19 month old grandson. These toys are great for toddlers. They are not as heavy as metal or wooden toys and can be pushed into walls and furniture and feet without causing damage. The colors are bright and he loves the big wheels that make it so easy to push and roll the truck. It is somewhat pricey but will last a long time and can be passed down to an infinite number of little ones. You can wipe it off with a damp sponge and it withstands dents no matter how hard it is pushed and bounced off of things. Easy for a small child to handle. Makes a great gift for those parents who do not prefer the metal or wooden vehicles for very young children.

Great toy - bad price
Both of my boys (1 and 3) absolutely love these trucks so it was a no-brainer baby gift idea for friends. I purchased off of Amazon thinking they would be priced well but a week later, I saw them at Babies R Us for half the price(not on sale). The BRUS price is - but the amazon price was .

My baby hated this toy he became very frustrated with it because when he would try and push it it would fall over can anyone recommend a better toy truck?

Was a great purchase, has good sound, cannot hurt the child or your furniture, could be a little easier for the child to make to sound, but overall I was very satified with how much my grandson had fun with it.
neat car
My one year old son likes this toy a lot. It makes car sounds that he now imitates. The car body is soft so if he falls on it or throws it across the room it doesn't cause any damage. The only thing I don't like about it is that if you push on the rear of it, the car flips. He seemed to be annoyed at that at first, but now he's getting the hang of it. This is a good, sturdy toy for kids interested in cars.

It's fun!!

My son loved it, but...
My son couldnt stop playing with this, it was great exercise for him. However, after 2 months of use, it is deflating horribly. It cannot keep air inside. I cannot find it punctured or anything. I just wished it lasted longer, cause he loved the damn thing.

My sons Grandma got him this vacuum a few weeks ago (he’s 16 months now). And he just loves it! It does not stand upright on it’s own but that is not such a big problem. You can store it upright when it leans against something. Like other raters have noted there are not that many functions to it. But I did not expect that from a toy vacuum cleaner. My son just loves vacuuming with it and help mommy clean up =) Works for me!

Austin Loves it!

I think this is a GREAT toy! My daughter has had it since she was about a year old and still plays with it at almost 3. when her friends and cousins come over, they all fight over it. It makes cute sounds and is just fun to play with. It may be a little short as other reviews state but it is a toy...and a fun one.

I was all excited to give this toy to my little girl for Christmas. They say its educational, well maybe if it worked it would be. When it does get used, its for pushing around and nothing else. I was very disappointed that none of the talking area worked even after changing the batteries.
Cute and fun toy
My two-year-old loves this little vacuum cleaner. It has three options on it for ABC's, music or 'vacuum sounds.' Also, the handle detaches if she tries to pick it up so I don't have to worry about her clobbering someone with it. It was a two-position volume control which helps it to not be annoying. :)

I bought this toy as a Christmas gift for my 3 and 4 year old daughters. They love it and I happen to think it is pretty cool, too! It has become part of our bedtime routine. Every night at bedtime we pick our “movie” and the girls lay quietly listening to the “story”. The projector comes with only one demo reel, so you must purchase others separately. I recommend the Discovery Channel reels-I only wish they had more to choose from. The thing that makes this toy cool is that it projects the images on the ceiling (or wall) and if you buy the reels that have sounds, you will hear several interesting facts as the pictures are displayed. You can choose to have the projector automatically advance to the next picture, or you can do it manually. All in all a great toy with some educational value and a great way to get the kids settled into bed.

Great gift for a 4 year old grandson
I selected this toy for a birthday gift for my grandson. It arrived ahead of schedule which was wonderful in itself. My grandson loves the sound as well as the pictures. I bought the dinosaur reel in addition. It is durable and seems to be made quite well. He is in the right age bracket to enjoy and play with it.
It's okay
We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old son, it is durable expect for the reels they are flimsy. We were looking for something for bedtime. We had a japenese projector that would go for 30 minutes then turn itself off. But it has broken and we can't get a new one. The reels do advance automaticly, but only for one turn. It is very simple to use so our son can do it by himself I am just afraid he'll tear the reels. The sounds are very simple, the animal sounds and one fact about each animal. We are going to keep it but overall I wish it had a timer to set so the reels could go around more then once.
It's okay
This is a nice viewmaster, but there aren't any view master disks sold at nearby stores like Target or Walmart. You almost have to purchase them online, and pay for shipping. They are a bit pricey, but for the money, they are almost worth it. My sons loves the African Jungles one. He enjoys it a lot. We use it right before bedtime, in lieu of a read aloud. He is 3 years old and loves the idea of a projector on his bedroom walls. It's great for boys!

Would be worth the investment IF...
I would LOVE to buy this toy for my 3-year-old, but upon looking, it appears there are only a handful of reels available with sounds. If I could find a nice selection of reels, I wouldn't hesitate. But make sure you know what you're getting -- this toy is somewhat expensive to have such limited use.

I bought this after seeing a neighbor teach her son to ride with it. We never needed training wheels and my daughter learned to balance in less than an hour. I like the shape of the handle as it doesn’t catch on things like trees and bushes as she goes by as some other handles look like they might. The simple design went right on the rear axle in seconds and is always at the right height for me to crab on if I need to assist- even with her baby brother on my hip! I have recommended it to everyone I see!

It works!!!
My 4 year was getting too fast for her training wheels. This worked great and really saved my back. She is now riding all on her own after about three sessions. We'll leave it on a bit so we can guide her through tricky parts of the neighborhood, but this thing takes the pain out of teaching.

Preliminary evaluation
I vividly remember the first time I rode my bike without training wheels. I rode straight for about three houses; then, in the middle of an intersection, my bike spun around five times and threw me to the ground. (Hey, that's what it felt like, and my friends all agreed: five times!) I suppose avoiding that kind of learning experience was what prompted me to look into riding "assistants."
I read the reviews and thought the Balance Buddy sounded like a great idea. My 3-year-old has a Cars 12-Inch Boys BMX Bike by Huffy and he's just starting to want to ride it. The BB was easy to put on, but seemed (despite all the reviews talking about how it allows you to walk upright) a little short. I'm 6 feet tall and extended to its longest position, the BB is just about at my fingertips. It does move up and down (pivots at the axle) so that's helpful. The bike is only a 12-incher, so obviously the BB would be an easier reach on a larger bike.
At first my son didn't want me to have anything to do with his riding; he would only let the 8-year-old neighbor boy "push" him. After a couple of days, though, he allowed me to help him ride. I hope it wasn't my fault, but he insisted that I put the training wheels back on the bike. We've only been at this for a few days; maybe he's just not ready for two wheels. No rush; he'll have plenty of time to eat asphalt between now and his 16th birthday. Once he gets more comfortable with the whole balancing concept, I'll revise my review as necessary.
Not Magic!
We already have an older daughter who learned the old-fashioned way at 5yrs old so we had a good idea of what teaching to ride entailed. Our second daughter (4yrs old) got a bike with training wheels and hated it because it was too wobbly. I saw this and decided to give it a shot. It has been a couple months and she still isn't riding and at this point is so discouraged, she cries when we suggest she ride her bike to the park (4 houses away). This is not magic. Your kid pretty much has to be almost there for this to be helpful. If you are looking for something to really teach balance, put the bike in the garage for a while and invest in a balance bike - sometimes called a pre-bike. It is two wheels with no pedals so kids learn to balance on their own, unassisted then move back to their regular bike. There are several 3yr. olds in our neighborhood riding regular bikes because they had balance bikes starting around age 2. I wish we hadn't spent the on this and instead put that money into a balance bike.
Love the Balance Buddy!
Best money ever spent! We tried for a day or two the old fashioned way with me holding the back of the seat and had the worst time. When we used the balance buddy my daughter learned in 2 days! No bending over for me and she was so much more stable.
